How do I Return/Exchange an item ?

To return an item to us, please use the Customer Returns Form (32kb - Adobe Acrobat reader required). Please remember to fill in all the details on the returns note. It is especially important to remember the order number so we can process your return more efficiently.

Carriage Charges

There will be an additional postage charge to re-send exchanged items. These prices are detailed below:

UK Orders:

Small/Medium Items - EG. Shorts/Shirts/Jackets/T Shirts/Etc - £3.00 per item

Large Items - EG. Boots/Bags/Equipment/Etc - £5.00 per item

European Orders:

Small/Medium Items - EG. Shorts/Shirts/Jackets/T Shirts/Etc - £6.00 per item

Large Items - EG. Boots/Bags/Equipment/Etc - £9.00 per item

International Orders:

Small/Medium Items - EG. Shorts/Shirts/Jackets/T Shirts/Etc - £10.00 per item

Large Items - EG. Boots/Bags/Equipment/Etc - £12.00 per item

Pure Sport Specialists Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded postal service for greater security. When returning an item we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge unless we deem the item to be faulty.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, but this is usually processed within 7 working days. To return a product under this Returns Policy please send the items to: Pure Sport Specialists Ltd, 29 Leeway Estate, Newport, South Wales, NP19 4SL.

Please note all items must be in original packaging with tags and labels intact.


Can I return items to your store?

Items may be returned to the store for either an exchange or refund, but please note any refunds need to be processed at our Head Office against the original payment method, which will take place on the next working day.

This Returns Policy does not affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.


When will my item reach me?

We aim to process all orders within two working days. Orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery and usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days.


What if I need my item the next day?

Choose the next day delivery option on checkout and all order received before 12.30pm will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 12.30pm and your item is urgent, please contact us on 0845 894 2929 and we will endeavour to dispatch your item that same day.


What payments do you accept?

We take all major credit/debit cards. Maestro, Mastercard, Visa & Visa Debit. You can also pay for your items using a Paypal account.


How do I know the correct size? What range of sizes can I find online?

Pure Football offers a selection of brands, each with its own, slightly different, size measurements. We’ve tried to make sizing as easy as possible, please refer to the size guide within the product. We at Pure Football try to cater for as broad a range of sizes as we can, both online and in our high street stores. If you can’t find the size you’re looking for, please email us at sales@puresport-specialists.com or call us on 0845 894 2929 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we’ll do our best to help.


How do I personalise a shirt?

Shirts may be personalised with a name or number of your choice. You will have the option to add personalisation to your shirt on each product page where personalisation is available.


Will my details be secure/shared?

What’s the difference between an Authentic / Players shirt?

As a general guide Authentic / Players shirts are usually more fitted and are designed to be “skin tight”. If you have a query please contact our sales team on 0845 894 2929 who will be happy to help.


Why are certain items only available in-store or online?

Some products may be temporarily out of stock or only available in the stores or the website depending on demand. But we will strive to ensure we get you the products you want.


Can I receive more information on products?

Our aim is to provide as much information as possible about the products as we can. If the information you require is not readily available on the website then please do not hesitate to contact us on info@Pure-Football.com or our sales line 0845 894 2929 and we will try our best to answer your query.


I have received a product from the website but it does not appear to be the same as the picture on the website?

We do our best to ensure that all products appear accurate as possible on the website imagery. If you have received a product that may seem to be slightly different colour or shape we will not deem the product as faulty.

In-store discounts are not available online, however we do feature special online offers and promotions at Pure-Football.com from time to time. We hope you’ll take full advantage of them when they come up.

My order didn't go through, what can I do?

We’re sorry you’re having problems placing your order - we want our website to be trouble-free. Please call us on 0845 894 2929 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we’ll do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
